Paolo Zanucco was born in Venice on 12 November 1964, and began painting at the age of 12 immediately with commendable assiduousness.
As a boy he attended the artists working in his city where he began to learn the rudiments of the trade. Since his youth he has been attracted by the Venetian figurative art of past centuries, the frequent attendance of Venetian museum and churches offer him the starting point for his artistic training. He graduated first at the Venice Institute of Art in the art of printing and later at the Academy of Fine Arts in Venice . His first artistic competition took place at the age of 14 and his first personal exhibition took place at the age 19. Every day Zanucco commits himself to the search for his most genuine artistic expression, reflecting his theme based on the study of light and color in the landscape .
